Sports Data Campus and Talents360 join forces in a collaborative agreement with the aim of driving the growth and development of football performance across the region.
Sports Data Campus and Talents360 have signed a collaboration agreement to continue working together to consolidate a comprehensive model of football performance that combines data analysis in football, academic training, and mental training applied to the game. This partnership aims to ensure that footballers not only improve their technical and physical talent, but also learn to manage pressure, make quick decisions, and maintain consistent performance in demanding competitive situations.
Sports Data Campus will contribute its expertise through professionals trained at the campus, specialising in data analysis and Big Data applied to sport, complementing and strengthening the work Talents360 has been carrying out to promote the player’s all-round development.
Talents360 and mental training applied to football
Talents360 emerged after identifying a recurring pattern in football across all levels: highly talented players who, when pressure rises, mistakes appear, or the context becomes more demanding, lose stability and fall behind. In football, physical and technical aspects are trained, and data and statistics are analysed, but the mind as applied to the game is rarely worked on in a structured way.
Talents360 focuses on the footballer’s real competitive behaviour. Its work consists of helping players organise their thinking, interpret each situation more effectively, and make decisions with greater judgement and speed. The programme works on identity, error management, tactical reading, anticipation, and execution under pressure.
At the same time, Talents360 supports parents and coaches, providing them with practical tools to better understand the player’s moment and behaviour on the pitch. Because performance does not depend on talent alone: it depends on the ability to sustain it when the context demands more.
Talents360 trains more than performance.
It trains identity, so that talent is not lost,
and credibility, so that the player can sustain their own path.

“The partnership with Sports Data Campus brings together two dimensions that should go hand in hand in football. Sports Data Campus works on data, analysis, and the academic structure of performance. Talents360 intervenes where performance is truly decided: in the footballer’s mind and in their behaviour within the game. We train the mind as applied to game interpretation: how to read the context, anticipate scenarios, manage mistakes, and execute clearly when pressure increases.
In addition, we support parents and coaches with tools that allow them to understand the player’s behaviour and sustain their development in a balanced way. Data shows what happens. Mental training and the right environment make it possible for talent not to be left behind.”
— José Requena, CEO of Talents360
“It is a real source of pride for Sports Data Campus to join Talents360 in a partnership that reflects a deep conviction: performance cannot be explained by data alone, nor by talent alone, but by people who are trained in a comprehensive way. I would especially like to thank José Requena for the clarity, vision, and alignment with which we share this way of understanding football as a tool for education for life.
We found many common points in values, in the importance of identity, and in the need to support the player beyond the technical side. This collaboration represents exactly what we stand for at Sports Data Campus: integrating science, training, and human development to generate real opportunities. We are convinced that together we will help ensure talent is not lost and that each footballer can sustain their own path both on and off the pitch.”
— Lucas Bracamonte, Director of Professional Extension at Sports Data Campus

Comprehensive player development
The collaboration between Sports Data Campus and Talents360 brings together two key dimensions:
- Data, which shows what is happening in performance and in the dynamics of the game.
- Mental training, which ensures that talent is sustained when pressure increases.
The result is a comprehensive development model in which the player learns to manage pressure, make decisions clearly, and maintain consistent performance, while coaches and parents have tools to support them effectively.

Innovation and the future of football
This partnership positions Sports Data Campus and Talents360 as benchmarks in innovation applied to footballer development, combining science, data analysis, and mental training. In this way, it helps ensure that talent is not lost and that each player can sustain their own path in professional sport.
