Salamanca C.F. UDS is working to strengthen its youth development categories to support the club’s growth. These efforts have led to the decision to develop an analytics ecosystem together with Sports Data Campus, focused on the academy divisions and designed to make the most of technology and data, which will also directly benefit the first team.

The Agreement Between Salamanca C.F. UDS and Sports Data Campus

Youth football teams play a key role in Club Salamanca’s vision, as their constant development and sustained growth represent a valuable opportunity to contribute to the performance and competitiveness of the first team. The agreement with Sports Data Campus represents a key opportunity to further strengthen the club’s youth categories through the creation of an advanced data and analytics ecosystem applied to football.

Through the Professional Outreach Department at Sports Data Campus, we will support the club with talent trained in our Master’s programs. In this way, we ensure an exceptional and highly efficient contribution from our graduates to the club. The analytics system to be developed and implemented will provide a detailed view of current events and historical data to identify favorable patterns and areas for improvement.

All of this will make it possible to provide better-informed guidance for decision-making within the black-and-white club.

This collaboration will undoubtedly bring knowledge and precision, which will be reflected in a higher sporting level for the Salamanca team.
