Founded in 2003, Patriotas Boyacá has established itself as a benchmark for football in the department of Boyacá, Colombia. Based in Tunja, the club has competed in 12 seasons in the top tier of Colombian professional football, reaching one of its most important moments in 2017, when it qualified for the Copa Sudamericana for the first time.
