Club Atlético Central and Sports Data Campus have formalised a partnership agreement with the aim of continuing to drive the club’s professionalisation and growth through the introduction of projects related to data analytics, innovation and the development of specialist talent in the sporting sector.
This agreement will enable new avenues for collaboration to be established in strategic areas of the club, fostering the development of initiatives applied to sports analysis, the optimisation of processes and the involvement of students in real-world projects, thereby bringing technical expertise and new methodologies to the day-to-day running of the organisation.
Furthermore, the collaboration includes the possibility of integrating students on work placements across various areas of the club, creating an applied learning environment and contributing to the strengthening of its sporting and organisational structure through profiles trained in data analysis, technology and sports management.
ABOUT CLUB ATLÉTICO CENTRAL
Club Atlético Central is a Seville-based football club founded in 2018, established with the aim of establishing itself as a sporting project with its own identity within Andalusian football. Since its inception, the club has built its growth on values such as passion, sportsmanship, friendship and a commitment to an understanding of football closely linked to its social environment.
In just a few years, the club has made remarkable sporting progress, climbing the divisions to reach the Third Division. In its first season in that division, it reached the national final of the promotion play-offs to the Second Division, where it faced the historic Real Jaén.
Club Atlético Central is currently continuing to professionalise its various departments, focusing on the development of its first team, the consolidation of its sporting structure and the adoption of innovative methods that will enable it to continue to grow within semi-professional football.
